John Mallard – President and CEO

John Mallard is a veteran entrepreneur in Silicon Valley. Mallard was CTO at National Semiconductor, CEO and founder of PortalPlayer, Inc., and CEO for a turn-around at Fyre Storm, Inc. He is a CFT founding member and was responsible for raising the initial investment, recruiting a high-performance team, and most recently closing a second round of investment and joint development agreement with Dow Venture Capital.

Frank Dutro – VP Marketing

Frank Dutro is an entrepreneur and successful business owner. As a CFT founder, he developed the first CFT business plan and formed CFT's founding team. Prior to CFT, Dutro started several businesses and held positions in technology and marketing for Silicon Graphics and The Walt Disney Company. His broad background, creativity, and entrepreneurial skills have been key to CFT's success.

Jerry Corcoran – CFO

Jerry has over 25 years of executive level experience in high-tech, venture capital, private equity, turnarounds and manufacturing. Prior to CFT, he was VP, Finance and Executive Search at Essential Solutions, a boutique executive recruiting firm focused on VC-funded startups. Prior to joining Essential Solutions, Jerry was CFO and EVP of Marketing, Engineering, and Operations for Fyre Storm, Inc., a digital power semiconductor startup. Previously, he held executive positions at: Galleon Corporation (GaAs MMIC’s, transceivers and ODUs); Spectrian Corporation (RF power semiconductor and systems); Syquest Technology (removable media hard drives), Hiller Investments (turnarounds and private equity), and Waterbury Screw Machine (metal fabricator). He holds a degree in Physics from Rice University.

Lynda De Petris – VP Business Development and Partner Relations

Prior to joining CFT, Lynda De Petris had a successful career at IBM and Microsoft where she held senior management positions, leading teams of consultants to build custom systems for large enterprise accounts. Her extensive background in building custom solutions and partnering with OEMs and systems integrators have helped CFT open new markets and establish a successful business model.

Steven O'Reilly – VP Systems Development

With over 30 years in the water industry, Steven O'Reilly has an extensive background in designing and building complex water filtration and distillation systems. He was a founding member of Source 1, Inc., and Superstill Technology, Inc., and created Global Distillation Services where he provided water system solutions to large companies around the world. O'Reilly's extensive background in designing, integrating, implementing, and maintaining water systems has been invaluable in creating new applications for the CFT Turboclone™ technology.

George Caffell – VP Manufacturing

George Caffell has over 30 years in the water and medical device industries where he has held management positions at Superstill Technology, Inc., Distech, Guidant Corp., and Acclarent, Inc. He has an extensive portfolio of devices that he has designed, fabricated, and patented in a variety of industries. Caffell's depth and breadth as a designer and fabricator have brought great value to CFT in prototyping, refining, and manufacturing the CFT Turboclone™ technology.

Gene McKay - VP Systems Engineering

Gene McKay is an accomplished professional whose portfolio includes designing the network architecture for Apple Computer's Retail Stores worldwide and contributing to the design of Glacier Bay's Diesel-Electric Propulsion for private yachts. Gene is a skilled engineer whose extensive experience in R&D, design, prototyping, evaluation, refining, and implementation lends to the success of CFT Turboclone™ technology.
