About Clean Filtration Technologies, Inc.

CFT Turboclone (Patented)Clean Filtration Technologies, Inc., has created an innovative filtration system, the CFT Turboclone™ filter, to remove fine solids from some of the most challenging water sources in the world, in a cost-effective, chemical-free process.

The CFT Turboclone™ is a unique, patented system that combines two proven processes into one simple device: hydrocyclonic separation and cross-membrane filtration. Unique features, such as a water-driven, continuous cleaning assembly and a specifically engineered, fouling resistant, membrane material, provide an absolute level of filtration to 15 microns with over 99% water recovery. When used as a prefilter, the CFT Turboclone™ filter can allow other treatment technologies to operate with peak efficiency and can reduce maintenance and operation expenses.

The future of Clean Filtration Technologies, Inc., is exciting, given the recent closure of Series B financing of $3.5 million. The Dow Chemical Company led this effort with a $3 million cash investment through Dow's Venture Capital group. In addition, CFT has projects ongoing with Dow Water & Process Solutions, which has a 50-year legacy of providing innovative water and process solutions to communities and industries.

"We're excited to help support CFT in the finance and development of this technology. Sustainability is one of Dow's core values and this technology offers the potential to further support 'green operations' across the industry," said Monty Bayer, global business director, Dow Ventures & Business Development, Licensing, and Venture Capital. "This investment is strategically aligned to enable and accelerate Dow's new business growth in the water industry."
